About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to manage all aspects of domestic and permanent employee relocation within the Americas. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees throughout the mobility process, providing expert guidance, resolving complex issues, and delivering a seamless relocation experience.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Global Mobility experience across the Americas, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and manage day-to-day U.S. relocation cases in partnership with the Relocation Management Company (RMC) for mobility programs across the Americas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation and mobility process, providing timely guidance, support, and issue resolution.
- Assess and communicate complex relocation scenarios involving tax, immigration, payroll, home sale, and home purchase considerations, translating complex requirements into practical and easy-to-understand solutions.
- Partner with immigration counsel and external immigration providers to support the full immigration case lifecycle for foreign national employees, including coordination with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers on mobility policies, available options, and appropriate solutions.
- Partner with global and local mobility vendors, monitor service delivery and performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor mobility cases, identify potential issues or escalations, and proactively develop solutions that balance employee needs with business requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects related to Global Mobility programs, policies, processes, and vendor management.
- Manage multiple mobility cases and competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders across different regions, functions, and time zones.
- Adapt to changing business requirements, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Global Mobility experience, with a strong focus on mobility programs across the Americas.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. relocation and mobility processes, including:
- Domestic relocation
- Permanent moves
- Immigration
- Tax services
- Payroll
- Home sale
- Home purchase
- Familiarity with the U.S. residential real estate purchase process; experience with Buyer Value Option (BVO) transactions is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee mobility cases and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the relocation process.
- Experience partnering with Relocation Management Companies, immigration firms, and other mobility vendors.
- Ability to interpret mobility policies and provide practical options and recommendations to employees, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of immigration case management and experience supporting foreign national employees and candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex mobility concepts into clear, practical guidance.
- Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy when supporting employees through complex or sensitive relocation situations.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise independent judgment, and resolve issues proactively within established guidelines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a high-paced environment.

- Experience supporting mobility program improvements, process optimization, or special projects.
- Experience in a large, global organization with complex employee mobility programs.
