Qualifications

• 10+ years of transaction management experience.
• Leadership experience in account management.
• Licensed broker or salesperson.
• Portfolio management experience or certification.
• Experience overseeing lease administration services.
• Proven ability to lead a regional team with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global client delivery team of transaction managers and lease administrators.
