Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Account Director to lead the Americas region for a large IPS-oriented Work Dynamics relationship. The role requires a proven leader with extensive transaction management expertise and strong client relationships, guiding a global client delivery team of transaction managers and lease administrators.

This position reports to the Global Account Executive and focuses on driving strategic account plans, continuous improvement, and healthy long‑term

Qualifications

• 10+ years transaction management experience.
• Leadership experience in Account Management.
• Licensed broker or salesperson.
• Portfolio management experience or certification.
• Experience overseeing lease administration services.
• Proven track record leading a regional team, with strong account management and communication skills.
