The director will guide a global delivery team and collaborate with regional portfolio leaders to drive integrated results. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, nurturing long-term client health, and delivering superior service while managing budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transaction management experience.
• Leadership experience in account management.
• Licensed broker or salesperson.
• Portfolio management experience or certification.
• Experience overseeing lease administration services.
• Willingness to travel less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high client satisfaction and aligns with client priorities.
• Builds and manages relationships at an executive level.
• Leads a global client delivery team of transaction managers and lease administrators.
• Partners with regional leads and portfolio services leads.
• Drives strategic account planning and budget stewardship.
• Fosters talent development and succession planning.
