Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Director to lead the Americas region for a large Integrated Portfolio Strategy (IPS) - oriented Work Dynamics relationship. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive transaction management expertise, client relationships, and account management experience.

You will guide a global client delivery team of transaction managers and lease administrators, partner with regional leads, and drive growth while aligning with client priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years transaction management experience.
• Leadership experience in Account Management.
• Licensed broker or salesperson.
• Portfolio management experience or certification.
• Experience overseeing lease administration services.
• Proven track record leading a regional team, with strong account management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (less than 25%).
