Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Account Director to lead the Americas region for an IPS‑oriented Work Dynamics relationship. The candidate will provide leadership, strategy and hands‑on direction to a global client delivery team of transaction managers and lease administrators, partnering with regional leads to drive integrated results.

The appointed leader will manage client relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure top‑tier service delivery while supporting growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years transaction management experience
• Leadership experience in Account Management
• Licensed broker or salesperson
• Portfolio management experience or certification
• Experience overseeing lease administration services
• Proven track record leading a regional team, with strong account management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (less than 25%)
