Qualifications

• Seasoned executive with 10+ years in facility management and CRE leadership.
• Proven track record delivering global employee experience programs.
• Experience developing outsourced integrated facility management solutions for large clients.
• Experience hiring and retaining large client-service teams (100+ staff).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global account plan aligning with client needs and governance.
• Lead high-performing global teams to deliver operational excellence and employee engagement.
• Manage the account budget and identify opportunities to expand services and revenue.
• Present annual objectives, client satisfaction metrics, and value-add initiatives to secure renewals and growth.
