Qualifications

• Proficiency with ambulatory EMR/EHR platforms and interfaces.
• Experience with production support, upgrades, and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for ambulatory EMR applications in outpatient clinics.
• Troubleshoot registration, charting, order management, and provider workflows.
• Monitor EMR interfaces, validate data transmission, and resolve failures.
• Support billing/revenue cycle functionality and configuration changes.
• Assist in testing, deployments, and documentation of changes.
