Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Cardiology Application Support Engineer (L2) in Frisco, TX to ensure the availability and reliability of cardiology systems, including ECG, EP, Cath Lab, telemetry, and imaging workflows.

You will work closely with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to support patient care operations. The role requires experience with cardiac diagnostic workflows, interoperability standards, and application support, with responsibility for monitoring, maintenance, and escalation as

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in cardiology application support.
• Experience with DICOM, HL7, and interoperability standards.
• Proficient in cardiac diagnostic workflows and PACS.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Biomedical Eng or related field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 incidents impacting cardiology applications.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability of cardiology systems.
• Coordinate issue escalations with vendors and clinical teams.
• Support end-to-end cardiac diagnostic workflows (ECG, Echocardiography, Telemetry).
