Qualifications

• 5–8 years of cardiology IT experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience with ECG/EKG workflows and cardiology imaging.
• Strong background in DICOM/HL7 and healthcare interoperability.
• Proven skill in application support and administration.
• Knowledge of clinical workflow management and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 incidents affecting cardiology apps.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability of cardiology interfaces.
• Lead RCA and coordinate with vendors, clinicians, and IT teams.
• Maintain configurations, perform routine maintenance, and optimize systems.
• Serve as liaison between clinical users, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Document enhancement requests and support optimization initiatives.
