The role covers Patient Access, Registration, Scheduling, Medical Coding, Charge Capture, Claims, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and AR processes, with strong troubleshooting and production support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Revenue Cycle platforms and integrated systems.
• Experience with EHR/EMR, Practice Management, Billing, Claims, and AR workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, interface and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) applications.
• Support core revenue cycle workflows including Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Charge Capture, and Claims Management.
• Assist with Denial Management, Payment Posting, AR follow-up, and interface monitoring.
