NTT DATA, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Connexall Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for the Connexall Clinical Communication and Workflow Platform. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize clinical workflows connecting nurse call systems, EMR/EHR, and mobile devices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare IT with strong troubleshooting skills and expertise in healthcare integrations and clinical workflow systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting Connexall or similar clinical communication platforms.
5+ years of understanding healthcare communication workflows.
5+ years of experience with nurse call and alarm management systems.
Proficiency with HL7 and data exchange standards (FHIR preferred).
Experience with interface engines, APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for the Connexall platform.
Monitor availability, alerts, queues, and workflow processing; resolve incidents per SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases; participate in on-call rotations.
Support integrations between Connexall and nurse call systems, Vocera, Voalte, Epic, and other platforms.
