NTT DATA North America in Frisco, TX, seeks a Pharmacy Systems Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 support for pharmacy systems, ensuring high availability and timely incident resolution. You will work with pharmacists, technicians, and IT teams to optimize dispensing workflows and data exchange.

The role requires deep knowledge of pharmacy operations, automated dispensing systems, HL7 interfaces, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of pharmacy operations and dispensing processes.
• 5 years with automated dispensing systems and BCMA.
• 5 years of healthcare integrations and HL7 messaging.
• 5 years managing formulary updates and drug databases.
• 5 years troubleshooting across applications, interfaces, and device connectivity.
• 5 years regulatory knowledge and medication safety standards.
• 5 years analyzing logs and coordinating resolutions.
• 5 years coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for pharmacy systems.
• Maintain drug libraries and clinical content updates.
• Support interfaces and HL7 data exchange with EMR/EHR and billing systems.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
