Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Nursing Applications Support Analyst (L2) in Frisco, TX to provide functional and technical support for nursing informatics applications, clinical decision support tools, and nursing content solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in nursing informatics with EMR integrations, SSO, HL7/FHIR familiarity, and strong troubleshooting across mobile, desktop, and web platforms. Remote work options are available for this US-based position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Nursing, or related field.
L2 Support: 4-7 years of experience supporting nursing applications, healthcare IT systems, or clinical informatics platforms.
Experience working in acute care hospitals, health systems, ambulatory care networks, or clinical informatics teams.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for nursing applications, nursing knowledge resources, and clinical workflow tools.
Support nursing workflows including patient assessments, clinical interventions.
Investigate and resolve application issues impacting nursing operations and patient care workflows.
Collaborate with nursing leadership, nurse informaticists, and clinical teams to optimize application usage and workflow efficiency.
Support nursing reference platforms, clinical knowledge databases, and evidence-based practice applications.
Maintain access and functionality of clinical guideline repositories, drug reference resources, and evidence-based care content.
Ensure clinicians have reliable access to current clinical content and nursing resources.
Support integration between nursing applications and EMR/EHR platforms.
Manage and troubleshoot context-aware application launches, SSO access, embedded content links.
Validate data exchange and workflow functionality between nursing systems and EMR platforms.
Troubleshoot issues related to authentication and user access on mobile & desktop.
Provide application training and support to nurses and clinical staff.
Develop quick reference materials and knowledge articles; assist with onboarding and upgrades.
Coordinate with vendors and content providers for updates and enhancements.
Manage content updates, version control, and compliance with policies.
