You will support care teams and patient experience with precise data entry, courteous interactions, and efficient revenue cycle readiness.

You will balance high-touch service with necessary documentation, insurance review, and cash handling, contributing to a seamless visit from arrival to checkout while aligning with team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to schedule and register patients accurately.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with insurance and demographics data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across in-person and phone interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with the correct provider.
