Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Las Vegas to assist the property manager with daily operations, resident services, lease administration, and monthly reporting to ensure a positive experience for residents, associates, and property owners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2–3 years of property management experience; knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus, and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or a similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and rent posting; manage rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports; audit lease records and resident files.
