Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor7s preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience suggested.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required by location.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day0to0day property operations.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent posting and deposits.
• Prepare monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and tenant relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with leasing and move0ins/move0outs and renewals.
