Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Tampa, FL is seeking a Trainer to lead Ambassador training, including safety and station procedures. You will coach, assess, and reinforce learning to ensure best-in-class guest service.

You’ll support multiple park facilities, uphold safety and grooming standards, and collaborate with Supervisors to identify training needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with a focus on meeting guest expectations and maintaining park safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfortable public speaking.
• Ability to train and coach Ambassadors and staff effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a diverse environment.
• Must be able to organize resources and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and standard office software.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for Ambassadors including facility tours, safety, and station training.
• Provide ongoing coaching and retraining opportunities to Ambassadors and support teams.
• Communicate training progress and needs to Supervisors and department trainer.
• Deliver training classes and ensure completion of materials and paperwork.
• Assist other facilities within the park as needed.
• Maintain high quality, cleanliness, and safety in the training process.
• Demonstrate courteous, professional behavior and teamwork to enhance guest service.
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance.
