SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic Training Ambassador to design and deliver high-quality training programs for Ambassadors across all levels and divisions. You will partner with park leadership and the training manager to ensure robust onboarding and ongoing development, aligning content with company policies and evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of training experience.
• 1 year of high-volume new hire orientation facilitation preferred.
• Experience managing training content in a learning management system (LMS).
• Background in a service industry setting is desirable.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs for Ambassadors at all levels and divisions.
• Ensure smooth transition from orientation to department and on-the-job training for new or rehired Ambassadors.
• Support leadership to identify training needs based on feedback, process changes, and other factors.
• Organize training manuals, materials, multimedia aids, and other educational content; review for policy updates.
