SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT is seeking enthusiastic trainers to become Ambassadors at the park. You will conduct onboarding and safety training, deliver engaging sessions, and coach team members to achieve high guest service standards.

The role involves preparing materials, maintaining records, and collaborating with supervisors to identify training needs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; PowerPoint experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous training/teaching/presenting experience a plus.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training for Ambassadors, including facility tours and safety and station training.
• Provide coaching and retraining opportunities to Ambassadors and support teams.
• Maintain training records and paperwork for department records.
