Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Orlando is seeking Ambassadors to ensure a safe environment for guests, ambassadors and animals. You will develop on‑the‑job training, coach teammates, and enforce park policies while maintaining high cleanliness and smooth opening/closing operations.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer skills; ability to work multiple selling systems.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license; ability to obtain company license.
• At least 18 years old.
• CPR/AED training/certification.
• Able to be trained and certified at all attractions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for ambassadors, guests and animals.
• Develop on‑the‑job training and coaching for ambassadors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain unit’s team rotation grid.
• Maintain park cleanliness and conduct quality inspections.
• Respond to guest and ambassador needs.
• Report status of projects to Supervisors and Managers.
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Use problem‑solving skills for positive guest resolutions.
• Oversee the assigned operating area.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.
