SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment seeks enthusiastic Ambassadors training professionals to design and deliver high-quality development programs across all levels. You will collaborate with park leadership and the training manager to plan and execute initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition from orientation to on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years training experience.
• 1 year of high-volume new-hire orientation facilitation preferred.
• Experience managing training content in a learning management system.
• Background in a service industry setting.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs for Ambassadors at all levels and divisions.
• Ensure smooth orientation-to-job training for new or rehired Ambassadors.
• Support leadership to identify training needs from feedback and process changes.
• Organize training manuals, materials, and multimedia aids; review for policy updates.
