Job summary

Block By Block is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our Ambassador Team and provide leadership across personnel, equipment and resource deployment in daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, budgeting skills, and a great work ethic. A valid driver’s license and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in groundskeeping or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior managerial/supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and operate a pickup truck with a trailer
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of Ambassadors
• Adjust deployment of resources to match daily needs
• Identify and solve program issues for continuous improvement
• Purchase and inventory of supplies and equipment
• Report outcomes through spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping and Budgets
• Hands-on coaching, mentoring and training in the field
