Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a highly tactical Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to join our retail execution team. This is a hands-on-keys role dedicated to the day-to-day operational health of our CPG clients on Amazon.

You will serve as the operational backbone for our clients' eCommerce and Sales teams, ensuring their Amazon catalog is flawless, products stay in stock, and platform glitches are resolved swiftly.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years catalog management experience in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Agency experience with CPG/FMCG brands is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Amazon templates, variations, and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Triage: manage and escalate Amazon support tickets across Seller, Vendor, and Brand Registry.
• Resolve catalog errors, stranded inventory, and brand hijackings with Swift action.
• Monitor listings health, suppressions, and search visibility to maintain compliance.
• Flat file mastery: create and upload bulk inventory files and variations.
• Content updates: upload images, videos, and A+ content; coordinate asset configuration.
• A/B testing: set up and report on tests for titles, images, and A+ content.
