HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director-Transportation to lead pursuit and delivery of large civil infrastructure projects within HDR’s Transportation Business Group.

You’ll drive project approvals, align with HDR policy and risk, and coordinate with area leadership and clients. Required: 15+ years’ engineering experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and a professional license; willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Strong leadership and ability to persuade diverse teams.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods and project pursuits.
