HDR, Inc. invites an experienced Alternative Delivery Director-Transportation to lead complex transportation infrastructure projects within the Transportation Business Group. You will guide pursuit, contract negotiations, and project delivery across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HDR leadership, area business groups, and external partners, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

PE license required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
10+ years of experience in related field.
Experience leading large transportation infrastructure projects.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsabilités

Report directly to the Project Delivery Program Director and be responsible for the effective pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
Drive the Alternative Delivery project approvals in compliance with HDR Policy and Procedure, the Matrix of Authority, the Alternative Delivery Policy and Risk Committee approvals.
Collaborate with HDR Business Group Alternative Delivery Directors regarding policy, staff resources, contractor relationships, and contract terms.
Work with HDR Legal to establish and negotiate contract terms with Risk Committee input for Alternative Delivery projects.
Coordinate with Transportation Business Group leadership and Regional Alternative Delivery Leads on discussions with clients about upcoming projects and contractor relationships.
Foster relationships in the AD industry to elevate HDR’s visibility in infrastructure and design/build markets.
