Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time alterations associate to welcome customers, manage the flow of service, and promote alterations and personalization options. You will assist with inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations room.

The role emphasizes superb customer service, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over phone, chats and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and transactions.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to resolve issues.
