David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Alterations Specialist to deliver a five-star customer experience in-store. You will greet customers, explain alterations options, coordinate with the alterations team, and ensure garments meet quality standards while maintaining store presentation.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma and 1–2 years of retail experience; sewing experience is helpful. Proficiency with a computerized POS system and a collaborative, upbeat attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone or via chat.
• Coordinate alterations needs with the alterations team to ensure timely delivery.
