David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to provide an outstanding experience for customers in-store, by phone, and online. You will welcome customers, promote alterations services, manage appointments, and ensure items are prepared for pickup while maintaining store standards and accuracy in transactions.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, friendly communication, and collaboration with the Alterations team to meet Five-Star Customer Service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–2 years retail experience.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful for alterations workflow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via chats.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Manage appointments and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Support store operations with accurate transactions and checkout.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and follow quality controls.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to resolve issues.
