Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsabilités

• Welcome all customers in person, over the phone, or virtually with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five‑star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments; ensure quality before delivery to customer.
• Escort customers to alterations and support appointment scheduling and store standards.
