David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver A+ service in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, answer questions, book appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes five-star service, effective communication, and collaboration with the Alterations team to optimize the customer experience and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, virtual chat, and in person with enthusiastic, clear communication.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean merchandise and ensure quality control before delivery.
• Escort alterations customers to appointments and coordinate with alterations team.
• Maintain store standards and organize alterations room for a flawless shopping experience.
