David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience within the Alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer calls, and ensure items are ready for pickup, contributing to a five-star service culture.

The role emphasizes problem solving, clear communication, and collaboration with the Alterations team while maintaining store standards and promoting alterations services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on the phone, or via chat with friendly enthusiasm and problem solve as needed.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Adhere to service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and resolve issues confidently.
• Explain how alterations can enhance the dress for events and partner with Alterations.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and promotional readiness for a flawless shopping experience.
• Greet and escort customers to alterations for appointments; press, steam, and inspect garments for quality before delivery.
