Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience in the alterations department. Report to the Store Manager and support tasks from welcoming customers to coordinating appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

The CSR will use store systems to manage customer flow, promote alterations services, uphold dress code standards, and help maintain a clean, organized alterations area while building lasting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and online, delivering five-star service.
• Manage customer flow with systems to ensure a superior experience.
• Assist with alterations appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring timely pickups.
• Maintain store standards and dress code; support inventory and transactions.
• Build relationships and escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
• Escort customers to alterations and promote alterations services.
