Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR greets customers, books appointments, answers phones, and assists with pressing and preparing garments for pickup.

You will work with the Alterations Manager, maintain a clean, organized work area, promote alterations services, and help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior retail or apparel experience is preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and manage inquiries over phone, chat and in person.
• Schedule and confirm alterations appointments; coordinate with customers.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure quality before pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized Alterations area and promote services.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager as needed.
