Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and welcomes and services customers, takes appointments, answers phones, and ensures items are ready for pickup.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling multiple guests, promoting alteration services, maintaining store standards, and coordinating with the alterations team to ensure a flawless

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via chat with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service and coordinate appointments.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Escort customers to alterations and maintain organized work areas.
• Perform duties with teamwork and uphold store standards and dress code.
