David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to provide an A+ customer experience. The role includes welcoming customers, making appointments, and ensuring garments are pressed and ready for pickup.

The CSR reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with the Alterations team to promote services while maintaining store standards and exceptional service. A high school diploma and retail experience are likely preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers in person, on the phone, or via chat with friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Manage appointments, pickups, and special orders while ensuring accuracy at POS.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery to customers.
• Escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when needed.
• Build lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
