Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional alterations experience in our store. You will welcome customers, take appointments, answer phones, press garments, and prepare items for pickup while keeping communications clear and friendly.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will use POS systems to manage flow, promote alterations services, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, or via chat with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and provide five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Assist alterations manager to resolve customer issues and ensure accuracy.
