Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience in-store, by phone, and online. You will welcome customers, book appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Under the Store Manager you will promote alterations services, assist with inventory, handle POS transactions, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers and complete operational tasks.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
• Explain how alterations can improve dress fit for events and promote services.
