David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup. You will work with the alterations team to promote services and maintain a pristine, organized shop.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and five-star service across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (point of sale) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with appointments and ensure altered items are ready for pickup.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments to meet quality standards.
• Communicate alterations options and benefits to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations area and support store standards.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and support inventory tasks.
