David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience for clients. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, assist with alterations, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll handle phone and in-person interactions, maintain store standards, promote alterations services, and work with the leadership team to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful and POS experience is expected.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chat.
• Manage customer flow with systems to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments and ensure quality before pickup.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager as needed.
