Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience across in-store, phone, and virtual interactions. You will welcome and assist customers, schedule alterations, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, while partnering with the Alterations team to maintain quality standards.

Key duties include promoting alterations services, handling transactions accurately, and supporting inventory and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via chat with enthusiasm.
• Answer phones, assist with appointments, and resolve customer questions.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean garments as needed for pickup readiness.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to guests.
• Maintain store standards and assist with transactions and checkout.
