Job summary

David’s Bridal is looking for an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, greeting customers, scheduling fittings, answering phones, and helping press garments.

You will collaborate with the alterations team to ensure orders are ready for pickup, promote alterations services, and maintain a clean, organized alterations area while escalating issues to the Alterations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, by phone, or via virtual chats and provide five-star service.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and appointments.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickups.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations area and escalate issues to the Alterations Manager.
