Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, take appointments, answer phones, and ensure garments are ready for pickup. You will press, steam, and inspect items, promote alterations services, and maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience.

You will handle transactions at the POS, build lasting customer relationships, and address concerns in partnership with the Alterations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty stores.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments and ensure quality before delivery.
• Greet and escort customers to alterations and ensure timely pickups.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and follow store policies.
