David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience in-store, over the phone, and via virtual channels. The role includes welcoming customers, scheduling, and aiding with alterations while maintaining store standards and accurate POS transactions.

The CSR will promote alterations services, assist with appointments and pickups, and help build lasting customer relationships, supporting a high-energy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system (cash register).

Responsabilités

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience using all systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at one time and address concerns.
• Explain how alterations support dresses for events and partner with Alterations.
• Maintain store standards and promotional readiness.
• Greet and escort alterations customers to appointments; press, steam, and spot clean merchandise.
• Follow quality control guidelines before final delivery to customer.
• Support inventory management and processing of special orders and pickups.
• Assist with transactions and POS responsibilities with accuracy.
