Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and assist customers, schedule appointments, and ensure garments are prepared for pickups. Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail or service environments.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm; solve problems and resolve conflicts.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and organize the alterations area.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean merchandise and ensure quality before delivery.
