David's Bridal, Inc. is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help provide an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department. The CSR greets customers, answers phones, schedules appointments, and ensures garments are pressed and ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will work to meet five-star service vows, support inventory and checkout processes, and collaborate with the Alterations team to keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Competenze

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and online.
• Ability to manage appointments and service flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Operate POS and process transactions with accuracy.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful for alterations-related tasks.
