Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a five-star experience for customers, greeting and assisting in person, over the phone and virtually, and coordinating alterations appointments.

The CSR will press, steam, and inspect garments, promote alterations services, maintain store standards, and build lasting relationships while collaborating with the Alterations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone and via virtual chats.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Meet all service vows and assist with alterations and related needs.
• Inspect garments after alterations to verify pristine condition before delivery to customer.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
• Maintain store standards and keep alterations room organized and clean.
• Support inventory and assist with special orders and pickups.
• Handle transactions accurately at the cash wrap and assist management as needed.
