Job summary

David’s Bridal, Inc. is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service in our alterations department.

This role reports to the Store Manager and involves welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and coordinating pickups. The CSR will help ensure a five-star customer experience by problem solving, effective communication, and collaboration with the alterations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats with clear, friendly communication.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup or fitting appointments.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure pristine condition before delivery to customer.
• Maintain store standards and dress code compliance to support a flawless shopping experience.
• Greet and escort customers to alterations and support inventory processes as needed.
