Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a five-star customer experience in the alterations department. The CSR welcomes customers, schedules appointments, answers phones, presses garments, and ensures items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, efficient POS use, and collaboration with the Alterations team to promote services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Schedule appointments and guide customers through alterations.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with pickups and payments.
