Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR will greet customers in person, on the phone, and via virtual chats, manage appointments, and coordinate alterations orders.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, assisting with inventory, and partnering with the Alterations team to provide five-star

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty stores.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, by phone, or chat with friendly enthusiasm and solve problems.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Inspect garments and ensure quality before delivery to customers.
